Relaxation
It started with the Ancient Egyptians. Cleopatra was renowned for her elaborate beauty regimens. Since then Spa Body Treatments have been used for their revitalising and therapeutic effects. They detoxify, de-stress and revitalise the body.
Body Wraps
Our Body Wraps commence with a stimulating and exfoliating Body scrub and then a gentle sponge down.
Depending on the outcome required (detoxification/weight loss) you will be advised by your therapist on the therapeutic wrap best suited to you. You will the be painted with the appropriate treatment, wrapped in plastic swaddling and cocooned in luxurious towels. You will be given an Indian head Massage (head only). You will then relax whilst listening to soft ambient music
After a specified time the wrapping will be removed and your body wiped down and gently massaged. It is not advisable to shower or bath after this treatment but to leave the skin as is to maximise the treatment's effects.
As this is a fairly lengthy treatment you may choose to have a facial or a pedi at the same time. A pedi is not possible with a full body wrap as the feet will also be wrapped.
If weight loss is the objective for having a body wrap we recommend a 6 week course. An affordable full course price will be worked out for you. You will be weighed and your body measurements will be taken after each session. We recommend a calorie restricted eating plan to be followed over the 6 week programme.
BODY WRAPS

BACK SCRUB

This is an exfoliating treatment for the back and shoulders and involves the application of a body scrub, a sponge down and mask and a final sponge down.
SPA BATH RELAXATION TREATMENT
All Fragrant or Aromatherapy Spa Bath Treatments commence with an invigorating body scrub followed by a gentle sponge down. A Spa Bath will be prepared for you using Aromatherapy oils or Kalahari Bath Salts . You will enjoy a relaxing session in the spa bath with a refreshing cup of Khoi tea.
JACUZZI or SAUNA
30 min | R60 per person
Relax in our Jacuzzi or in our UV Sauna whilst sipping a cup of tea or a glass of sparkling wine. This is a tonic in itself or can be attached to anyone of the treatments we offer.
